The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of the Motiva Implants® Silicone Gel-Filled Breast Implants, SmoothSilk®/SilkSurface®, both Round and Ergonomix® in women who are undergoing primary and revision breast reconstruction and augmentation.

These implants are investigational devices and not available for commercial distribution in the United States and Canada.
